EliseAI, a fast-growing startup in the housing and healthcare space, is hiring an early-career recruiter who will own sourcing, evaluation, and storytelling. You’ll partner with hiring managers, redesign interview loops, and build pipelines across engineering, product, operations, and strategy.

You’ll write content with leaders, help define what great looks like, and grow EliseAI’s talent brand in San Francisco or New York.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience at a high-growth startup or in another fast-paced environment.
• Undergraduate degree from a top university; computer science or another technical background is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage high-caliber candidates across technical and business functions.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling.
• Analytical mindset, strong judgment, and a track record of taking ownership and moving projects forward.
• Willingness to work in person at our San Francisco or New York office 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage exceptional candidates, conduct initial screens, and identify strong referrals across employee networks
• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like and rebuild interview loops, scorecards, and evaluation criteria
• Map top companies, teams, and talent pools to build a pipeline of exceptional candidates for current and future roles
• Analyze recruiting funnels, sourcing channels, and conversion rates to identify opportunities to improve how we hire
• Organize events, campaigns, and partnerships that strengthen EliseAI’s talent brand, particularly in San Francisco
• Collaborate with engineers and company leaders to write blog posts, develop content, and tell the story of what we’re building
