• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating interviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interviews across teams, locations, time zones, and seniority.
• Respond to candidates with interview details and prep materials in a high-touch manner.
• Maintain accurate interview and posting records in the ATS and external sites.
• Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and events.
