Job summary

Saber Power Services in Houston, TX is seeking a College Recruiting Coordinator to manage university recruiting events, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and on-site interview logistics. This temporary role supports fall recruiting with potential to evolve into full-time HR support.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the position is in-office at our Houston headquarters with minimal travel. Strong organization, communication, and project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or anticipated graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and participation for university career fairs and manage event logistics.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications throughout the process.
• Develop engaging content and stories to showcase Saber Power's culture and opportunities.
• Organize recruiting materials and manage inventory for events.
• Plan and execute on-site interview events involving multiple leaders and candidates.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and reporting throughout the season.
