Fervo Energy is seeking a recruiting coordinator to manage interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones, support onsite visits, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining postings and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving to keep hiring processes moving efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruiting coordination, executive/admin support, HR, logistics, or fast-paced coordination.
• Experience managing complex calendars and cross-functional meeting coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional and empathetic with candidates and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume virtual and onsite interviews across teams, locations, time zones, and seniority levels with complex calendars.
• Support onsite candidate visits, including room reservations and interview-day logistics.
• Ensure candidates have information, materials, links, and logistical support for successful interviews.
• Maintain accurate interview and posting records in the ATS and external sites; protect confidential information.
