Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar fast-paced coordination roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and empathetic with candidates and partners.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities; handle competing deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach; anticipate needs and maintain momentum with limited oversight.
• Sense of ownership, reliability, and urgency; ensure details do not fall through the cracks.
• Flexibility and composure when schedules or priorities change.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume virtual and onsite interviews across teams, locations, time zones, and seniority levels.
• Support onsite candidate visits end-to-end, including room reservations and day-of logistics.
• Ensure candidates have information, materials, links, and support needed for interviews.
• Maintain accurate interviews, postings, and communications records in the ATS and external sites.
• Identify scheduling delays or gaps and raise them with recruiting partner.
• Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects, events, reporting, and coordination needs.
