Persona AI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our People Operations team in Houston. This onsite role will own interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate experience from outreach to offer, while ensuring smooth operations across manufacturing, operations, and corporate hiring.

You will manage calendars, coordinate panel interviews, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to scale our recruiting processes and maintain data accuracy in ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a coordinating, administrative, or customer-facing role.
• Experience booking and managing business travel.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end to end, including multi-panel onsite interviews.
• Book and manage candidate travel (flights, hotels, ground transport) and act as point of contact during the trip.
• Serve as primary contact from first outreach through offer and host candidates onsite.
• Support high-volume manufacturing hiring by managing candidate flow and events.
• Handle onsite interview logistics (conference rooms, coverage, scheduling changes).
• Maintain accurate data in ATS for reporting, compliance, and process consistency.
