The Resource is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to support our HR team onsite. The role focuses on coordinating interviews, posting roles, communicating with applicants, and assisting onboarding.

You will also liaise with staffing agencies and manage temporary staff, ensuring a smooth recruiting process. The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as primary contact for staffing agencies and contingent workers.
• Assist with onboarding and management of temporary staff.
• Maintain applicant tracking and personnel databases.
• Distribute recruiting and HR-related reports.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, managers, and partners.
• Support recruiting initiatives, sourcing, and best practices.
• Assist with career fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and HR procedures.
