Base is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for our Austin, TX headquarters. You will own the candidate experience, keep interviews running with precision, and partner with recruiters to scale our talent pipeline.

This on-site role requires a hands-on approach and strong communication to ensure smooth operations across the hiring team. You will greet candidates, manage day-of logistics, and help with travel reimbursements while seeking opportunities to improve systems and scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site interviews and manage day-of logistics.
• Greet candidates and facilitate on-site interview flow.
• Correspond with candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Keep candidate data clean in Ashby for reporting.
• Assist candidates with travel and reimbursements via Juno.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve scheduling efficiency.
• Support full-cycle recruiting with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Help plan recruiting events and merch coordination.
• Participate in special projects to scale recruiting.
