Genesis is building general‑purpose robots and relies on a smooth recruiting process from first contact to onboarding. This role focuses on coordinating interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring candidates are well supported with scheduling, preparation, and logistics.

You’ll own the onsite candidate experience, keep records up to date in Ashby, and help improve workflows with automation. Collaboration with People and Operations will ensure a seamless transition from offer to day one and

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting or complex scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep stakeholders informed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a warm, clear style.
