GC AI is seeking a recruiting coordination specialist to streamline interview scheduling across multiple teams, build scalable workflows in Ashby, and leverage AI tools to automate recruiting operations. You’ll support high-volume interviews, recruit events, and interviewer training in a fast-growth startup.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience.
• Expertise using and configuring Ashby.
• Experience coordinating a high volume of complex interviews across multiple roles and teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows or improve processes.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience organizing or supporting recruiting events.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for creating great candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting and scheduling logistics end-to-end, with a focus on building scheduling automations and workflows in Ashby so recruiters can self-serve routine work.
• Use AI tools to rethink recruiting operations, identify workflows to automate, prototype AI-powered solutions, and turn them into scalable processes.
• Run live interview operations remotely: triage urgent reschedules and keep candidates moving.
• Own the candidate experience at every stage with clear communication and timely follow-through.
• Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple teams and roles.
• Experiment with new AI tools and capabilities, measuring what works and improving recruiting operations.
• Track interview scheduling metrics and identify efficiency improvements.
• Build and administer interviewer training programs to improve interview quality and consistency.
• Assist with recruiting events and related touchpoints as needed.
