You will partner with Talent Acquisition to manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ATS records, ensuring a smooth recruiting process. The role involves coordinating with recruiters, managing candidate progress, and assisting with screening and background-check preparations.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruitment, recruitment coordination, or similar field.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and common office suites.
• Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, assistant managers, and managers.
• Collaborate with two recruiters to move candidates through the process and minimize delays.
• Communicate interview status and next steps to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS and related systems.
• Coordinate handoffs to HR for background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Assist recruiters with resume review, phone screening, and candidate follow-up.
