Responsibilities

• Send follow-up emails to non-responsive candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status.
• Track interview confirmations, reschedules, and no-shows.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with admin tasks.
