Lifehouse Agency in San Rafael, CA, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our rapid growth and mission to serve individuals with I/DD. You will coordinate interviews, partner with two recruiters, and maintain candidate records in the ATS while guiding candidates through background checks and pre-employment steps.

Two years of recruitment experience and familiarity with ATS/HRIS/Microsoft Office/Google platforms are required.

Formación

• Two years of experience in recruitment, recruitment coordination, administrative support, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office and Google platforms; willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.
• In-person work in San Rafael, CA; ability to manage multiple positions and interview schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, assistant managers, and managers; ensure timely communication.
• Collaborate with two recruiters to move candidates through the process and track progress.
• Communicate status updates to candidates and hiring teams to maintain a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS and related systems.
• Coordinate handoff of selected candidates to HR for background checks and pre-employment steps.
• Assist recruiters with resume review, phone screening, and candidate follow-up as needed.
