Scion Staffing in San Francisco is seeking a recruiting coordinator to own interview scheduling end to end, coordinate complex calendars, and manage candidate travel and logistics. You will be the primary contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and timely updates while maintaining an accurate ATS and hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or closely related function.
• Experience managing complex interview scheduling with multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Outstanding organization, communication, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end to end across candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Manage reschedules and last-minute changes while proactively identifying delays.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates regarding logistics, timelines, and travel.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interview logistics, including rooms and materials.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, pipeline, and postings; keep hygiene high.
• Support debriefs, weekly hiring reporting, and candidate experience improvements.
