Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, community organizations, schools and events.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and community outreach events.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support onboarding.
