Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, delivering best-in-class candidate experiences across the interview lifecycle. The role involves coordinating complex scheduling, global collaboration, and contributing to strategic projects with exposure to multiple business units.

This is a 6-month contract role with hybrid onsite presence (minimum 3 days per week).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer/client facing industry.
• 1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Experience evaluated based on alignment to core role competencies such as collaboration and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple units globally, including phone, virtual, panel and onsite formats.
• Manage interview logistics: travel, accommodation, reimbursements, and onsite greetings while preserving candidate and team experience.
• Audit employment agreements before issuing to candidates and ensure background investigations are completed on time.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across levels to troubleshoot issues and improve the interview process.
• Prioritize multiple tasks across regions and maintain efficiency, equity, and experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Master applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack).
• Contribute to regional and global projects aligned to the recruitment center vision.
• Leverage Tableau RC dashboards to provide insights to recruiters and educate teams on scheduling best practices.
