Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Employee Success [HR] team and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to guide candidates through each step of the process with accuracy, care, and efficiency.

You'll coordinate interviews across time zones, handle logistics like travel and background checks, and build strong partnerships to keep the process moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced administrative/operational role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proven ability to work across levels of an organization.
• Experience in a recruiting or HR environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage recruiting logistics including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, offer letter generation, and background checks.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive an efficient process.
• Champion AI familiarity and data-driven insights to optimize workflows within Workday, Slack, and Google Suite, driving improvements and key projects.
