Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams to deliver best-in-class candidate experiences. This role spans regional and global scopes, involving interview scheduling, travel coordination, and project work within the Recruitment Central team.

You will influence the interview lifecycle, manage logistics, and support process improvements while collaborating across multiple business units.

Qualifications

1+ years in a customer/client facing industry.
1+ years in an operational or administrative role.
Contract role: 6 months, hybrid hub office with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

Schedule interviews across multiple units regionally and globally.
Coordinate travel and reimbursements; greet onsite candidates.
Audit employment agreements and ensure background investigations are completed before start date.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot challenges and guide the process.
Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency, equity and candidate experience.
Master ATS and recruiting tools (Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite, Slack).
Contribute to regional and global RC projects aligned to the Global RC vision.
Leverage Tableau dashboards to provide insights to partners and educate teams on scheduling practices.
