Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. You will own interview lifecycle orchestration and collaborate on high-potential projects across regions and functions.

The role emphasizes scheduling across phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews, with attention to compliance and smooth candidate flow. This is a 6-month contract in a hub office with hybrid expectations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple business units regionally and globally.
Arrange phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews with varying complexity.
Manage logistics including travel and reimbursements for candidates.
Greet candidates onsite and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Ensure compliance and timely background checks and employment verifications.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot scheduling challenges.
