BRINC is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to ensure a smooth recruiting process. You will coordinate interviews (onsite, remote, panel), be the primary candidate contact, and keep ATS records up to date, supporting events and ongoing hiring goals.

You will partner with recruiters to track progress, follow up diligently, and maintain metrics. This role emphasizes strong organization, discretion with sensitive information, and clear communication with candidates and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with proactive solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby preferred).
• Host candidates onsite during interviews.
• Manage high-volume interview travel across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite, remote, and panel formats).
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during scheduling.
• Partner with recruiters to update candidate records in the ATS.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs and networking activities.
• Track hiring progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed.
