Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
• Schedule candidate interviews promptly and accurately.
• Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Represent partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure quality service.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Evaluate recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.
