Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
• Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics promptly.
• Partner with stakeholders, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver high-quality service.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support special projects.
• Maintain data integrity and update candidate records in Greenhouse.
• Evaluate recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.
