Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or related role.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of personnel policy and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Team player with a sense of urgency.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Capacity to speak intelligently about our business and the space industry.

Responsibilities
