Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the logistics of our interview process. You will schedule interviews across multiple roles, coordinate calendars across time zones, and be the main candidate contact from first interview to offer or rejection.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and have 2+ years in recruiting coordination. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong emphasis on process improvement and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in recruiting coordination or similar role at a startup/high-growth company.
• Experience scheduling many interviews and managing candidate communication at scale.
• Extremely organized with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to handle tough conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams.
• Coordinate complex calendars with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters across time zones.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates from first interview to offer or rejection.
• Keep all stakeholders in the loop with confirmations, changes, and next steps.
