Valar Atomics in Torrance, CA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent team and own logistics, coordination, and candidate experiences across the hiring process. This role is critical to scalable hiring, ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews run smoothly, and every interaction reflects our high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and onsite hosting.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.
• Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and projects.
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving.
