Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the hiring logistics and ensure a smooth interview process. You will schedule across multiple roles, manage candidate communications, and troubleshoot issues to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in recruiting coordination, strong organization, and excellent written communication. A startup pace and cross-time-zone coordination are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or a similar role.
• Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications at scale.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Strong communicator; able to write clear, friendly emails and handle tough conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams.
• Coordinate complex calendars with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters across time zones.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates from first interview to offer or rejection.
• Keep candidates informed: confirmations, changes, next steps, and follow-ups.
• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the process moving.
• Keep the ATS clean and up to date (Ashby).
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest fixes to improve the process.
• Contribute to other talent-related projects as needed.
