Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to independently manage interview coordination and serve as the go-to contact for a large division. You will use data-driven insights to influence decisions, lead the Interviewer Success Program, and improve efficiency.

As a mentor, you will onboard new teammates and support senior coordinators in leadership tasks. You will collaborate with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced company.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal stakeholder relationships.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all interview scheduling from request to conclusion with autonomy.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel arrangements (Egencia).
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop; manage scheduling requests.
• Navigate complex interviewer schedules and communicate via phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience.
• Greet candidates, facilitate onsite interviews, and maintain a professional candidate experience.
• Build relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, and the team.
• Act as a SME within your division and support leadership with performance and execution.
• Lead onboarding for new coordinators and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor team Slack channels to resolve questions and issues promptly.
