Job summary

Apex Systems, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews across onsite, virtual, and phone formats. You will host onsite sessions and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a primary contact for the Coordination team.

You will collaborate with recruiters and business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and support data-driven staffing initiatives with strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interviews for high-volume roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer service mindset.
• Proficient with ATS and scheduling tools to manage interview requests and calendars.
• Familiar with Google Workspace for collaboration and scheduling.
• Ability to balance urgency with meticulous attention to detail.

## Job Description# Recruiting Coordinator* Partner with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for high-volume technical and non-technical roles.* Champion the onsite interview process by hosting candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience.* Serve as a primary point of contact for the Coordination team and drive the execution of team projects and initiatives.* Work with recruiters and business stakeholders to identify and address inefficiencies in the interview process.* Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator Lead on operational excellence initiatives by analyzing data and implementing changes.* Self-directed and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.* Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal business partners.* Experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling tools.* Proficiency with Google Workspace.
