Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our People Recruiting team and own full-cycle recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data. The role requires partnering with hiring managers and learning multiple sub-functions to assess fit and design talent strategies.

You will manage sourcing, screening, and interview processes, while providing flexible support to the R4R team during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple People sub-functions.
• Ability to tailor sourcing and evaluation approaches to each search.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and using market data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, Programs, Partners, and Data.
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for each sub-function.
• Conduct screens that assess depth and fit for each role.
• Manage the interview process from intake to offer, including panels and debriefs.
