Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a growing People Recruiting team across Costa Mesa, Seattle, Boston, and Washington, D.C. You will own full-cycle recruiting for People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data, while providing flex support to R4R as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple sub-functions within People (Operations, Programs, Business Partners, Data).
• Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the cycle.
• Familiarity with market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and role design in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data, with flex capacity to R4R during peak periods.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for each sub-function, recognizing pipeline differences.
• Conduct screens for depth and fit, tailor evaluation approaches per search.
• Manage interview processes from intake to close: calibrate with managers, prepare panels, drive offers.
