Job summary
Beacon Hill is seeking an Associate Consultant in Exton, PA to identify and interview job seekers, coach them through the process, and match them with permanent roles across your local market. You will engage by phone, email, and in person, building relationships and guiding candidates from resume tips to interview prep and post-offer steps.
Daily activities include sourcing candidates, posting jobs, and learning online tools to support recruiting.

Responsibilities
- Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Interview candidates and assess fit for client needs.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and discuss needs.
- Coordinate and extend offers, manage the offer process.
- Maintain relationships with placed candidates to foster referrals and business.
- Proactively perform outreach to candidates and clients to build a pipeline.
