Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks an Associate Consultant to find and qualify job seekers for permanent roles in the local market. You will engage via phone, email, and in person, coaching candidates through resume edits and interview prep while matching them with the right companies and roles.

Daily activities include sourcing candidates, interviewing, preparing for client interviews, and extending offers, with a focus on building lasting relationships and a strong book of business.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach candidates through resume edits and interview prep.
• Capacity to identify the right job fit based on client needs and candidate strengths.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Interview candidates and prep them for client interviews with resume discussion and mock interviews.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Maintain relationships with placed candidates to drive referrals and business opportunities.
• Proactively contact candidates and clients to build a robust book of business.
