Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Baltimore to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles. You will source, interview, and qualify job seekers, coaching them through resumes and interview prep, while building strong client relationships.

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates from offer through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate flow.
• Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
• Discuss client needs and conduct mock interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate post-interview steps and provide next actions.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Maintain candidate engagement for assignments and conduct proactive outreach.
