You will engage with job seekers by phone, email, and in-person, coaching them through resume edits, interview tips, and post-interview coaching while building a robust book of business.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, referrals, networking and searches.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews with resume reviews and mock interviews.
• Deliver offers and manage the process, maintaining relationships with placed candidates.
• Proactively build relationships with clients to generate referrals and new opportunities.
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify candidates and clients to grow the book of business.
