Greater St. Louis Area Scouting is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant in St. Louis, MO for up to 20 hours per week. You’ll manage our applicant tracking system, screen resumes, and act as a brand ambassador at local career events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate candidate data and smooth pipeline movement.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify values-aligned candidates.
• Attend local career fairs to promote Scouting as an employer of choice in the St. Louis area.
• Assist in scheduling interviews between hiring managers and top candidates.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for applicants, delivering a professional candidate experience.
