Description

The Recruiting Assistant will support the Human Resources team by coordinating recruitment efforts, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual eager to develop a career in HR or recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics for candidates and interviewers.
  • Communicate interview details, next steps, and feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
  • Assist with job postings on internal platforms and external job boards.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing and outreach efforts.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track hiring metrics.
  • Assist in onboarding processes as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of administrative or coordination experience; recruiting or HR experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
