As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top-tier candidates. You will leverage various sourcing strategies to support our recruitment efforts and ensure a strong talent pipeline for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract and help us find the best candidates in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks to proactively source candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage passive talent through compelling messaging.
• Screen candidate profiles to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for roles.
• Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand client needs and refine search strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging sourcing techniques.
• Assist in managing candidate communication and interview scheduling as needed.

Must-haves:

• Experience: 1+ years in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field (agency experience is a plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach and candidate engagement.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Organized and able to manage multiple searches at once.
• Strong LinkedIn Profile.

Nice-to-haves:

• Industry Knowledge: Exposure to architecture, design, or related industries is an asset.
