We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow an exceptional team across our retail, production, and cultivation spaces.

What You'll Do

• Support the recruitment process from start to finish — sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and helping with offers
• Work closely with Human Resources team/hiring managers to understand role requirements and help craft compelling job posts
• Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach
• Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) updated and organized
• Help coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and other talent outreach efforts
• Stay current on cannabis industry trends and hiring best practices
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal hiring regulations
• Assist with onboarding and welcoming new hires into the company
  
  

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (internships, school projects, or customer service experience are a plus!)
• Interest in or exposure to the cannabis industry is a big bonus — we’ll teach you the rest
  
  

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to others and building connections
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using social media, job boards, and basic office tools (Google Suite, Excel, etc.)

Pay:$17-20 per hour, pay is based on experience.
