Job Summary:

We are seeking an Entry Level Client Success Associate to support the CEO and Account Recruiting Manager in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier household support professionals. This role emphasizes recruitment but also involves sales support, relationship management, and overall client success.

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as nannying, family assistance, personal or executive support, house management, or entry-level business roles. We value strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, professionalism, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

Recruiting-Focused Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining job profiles and responsibilities by conducting meetings with clients and team members.
  • Support sourcing strategies and manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including onboarding and documentation.
  • Help manage talent searches, establish benchmarks, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize hiring needs.
  • Contribute to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and refining recruitment processes.

Sales and Client Success Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding and maintaining relationships with Assistants and Clients to ensure successful placements.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to identify potential hires and meet recruiting goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, client services, or support roles.
  • Experience in private service (e.g., nanny, family assistant, personal assistant, house manager) or entry-level business roles with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Availability for PST/MST hours and willingness to travel to the Bay Area for interviews.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and rapport-building ability.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Must reside within the United States.
