Job Description

As a Corporate Recruitment & Retention Assistant at Edgewood, you'll manage reports to support department operations. This primarily remote position is open to candidates in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Montana, Wyoming, or Idaho.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor education software for employee enrollment accuracy
  • Report on application and hire statistics
  • Verify employee bonuses and submit to payroll
  • Conduct wage research on competitors
  • Respond publicly to Facebook comments and reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor
  • Occasionally travel for in-person team meetings
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience creating reports
  • Desire to learn and improve skills
  • Passion for helping others

Edgewood vaccinations are optional. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
