Edgewood Healthcare in Minnesota is seeking a Recruiting & Retention Specialist to join a fun, fast-paced team and serve as a community leader. This full-time, day-shift role offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus monthly bonuses and strong benefits.

You will build networks, manage postings and budgets, screen candidates, coordinate background checks, and support retention initiatives with department directors.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with recruitment tasks, including interviewing, customer service, and networking.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Supportive, inclusive attitude toward a diverse workplace.
