Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Wellness & Enrichment Assistant in Fruitland, Idaho to support residents’ physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs. The role is full-time with weekend requirements, and on-site work.

You will help plan and run on-site and off-site enrichment activities, supervise residents, and ensure safety in daily operations. Eligible candidates should have experience in activities programming and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in activities or recreation programming, desired.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Willingness to train new employees.
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

• Determine supply needs.
• Set up and run activities.
• Encourage resident participation.
