Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to build talent pipelines, source candidates, and conduct interviews for roles across our nationwide home care team. You will coordinate with managers to fill vacancies and ensure a smooth recruitment process that supports high-quality in-home care.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, plus a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds talent pipelines by researching community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; presenting information and benefits; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by job description; attracts applicants via ads and proactive strategies.
• Assesses qualifications by interviewing applicants and matching to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules when needed.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing requirements with managers and interviewing against a standard set of qualifications.
• Supports organizational goals by improving policies, compensation practices, and overall attractiveness of the company.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience.
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements:

• Monthly or quarterly travel required
