Independence Home Health LLC is seeking a Recruiting & Retention Specialist to connect with candidates, recruit talent for home health services, and build a strong workforce dedicated to quality patient care.

You will develop and manage recruitment and retention strategies, engage with diverse candidates, and use social media to attract top talent while supporting onboarding and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in home health/home care environments
• Effective communication across diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently with urgency
• Flexibility for non-traditional hours to reach candidates
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Social media marketing experience and strategy development
• Experience building and engaging social media communities
• Managing social media content across platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual employee recruitment and retention plan
• Assist with recruitment needs and retention programs
• Help manage the departmental recruitment budget
• Foster relationships with prospective employees
• Assist new hires with onboarding and paperwork
• Support recruiting via social media and other strategies

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building professional relationships, recruiting talented team members, and helping us build a strong workforce dedicated to providing quality care to our patients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of proven recruiting experience, including experience sourcing candidates
• Experience recruiting within a home health, home care, or community-based environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and professional levels
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed to communicate with candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Social media marketing experience
• Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
• Ability to develop the appropriate voice and content for each social media platform
• Proven ability to build and engage social media communities
• Experience managing and overseeing social media content
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Experience working with Microsoft Word

RESPONSIBILITIES
