Soliant partners with school districts across the United States to fulfill hiring needs and is hiring relationship-driven, sales-minded Account Executives for Peachtree Corners and Smyrna offices.

As an Account Executive, you will prospect clients, identify talent in healthcare and education, negotiate contracts, and manage recruitment cycles, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales and recruiting.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and cold calling.
• Strong work ethic, motivated, and passion to grow in staffing.
