Soliant is partnering with school districts across the United States to fulfill their hiring needs in Greenville, SC. We are hiring relationship-driven, sales-minded Account Executives as we grow our team in Greenville, SC.

You will prospect clients to understand staffing needs, identify talent in healthcare and education, and negotiate employment contracts while maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or recruiting and meeting targets.
• Comfortable making calls and communicating over the phone.
• Strong work ethic, motivated to grow in staffing.
