Qualifications

• Experience in sales or recruiting is preferred.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and making cold calls.
• Strong work ethic, motivated and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prospect clients (school districts) to understand staffing needs.
• Identify talent within healthcare and education to place nationwide.
• Negotiate employment contracts between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and manage contracts and recruiting cycle.
