As an Account Executive, you will prospect clients, identify talent in healthcare and education, negotiate contracts, and manage recruitment cycles, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales and recruiting.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and cold calling.
• Strong work ethic, motivated, and passion to grow in staffing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect clients (school districts) to understand their staffing needs.
• Identify talent within the healthcare and education industry to work in schools nationwide.
• Work as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment contracts.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts and recruiting cycle.
