Soliant is hiring relationship-driven Account Executives to partner with school districts across the United States from our Peachtree Corners and Smyrna offices. You will prospect, understand staffing needs, and connect top talent with opportunities in healthcare and education nationwide.

This full-time role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to leadership through mentorship and career growth programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or recruiting is preferred.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and making cold calls.
• Strong work ethic, motivated and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prospect clients (school districts) to understand their staffing needs
• Identify talent within the healthcare and education industry to work in schools nationwide
• Work as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment contracts
• Maintain relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts and recruiting cycle
