Job summary

Soliant is hiring an Account Executive to join our team. This fully onsite role is located in Peachtree Corners, GA and Vinings, GA.

You will drive client relationships, prospect schools nationwide, and build a book of business while supporting candidates and clients through hiring contracts. The position emphasizes strong communication, a collaborative culture, and leadership growth opportunities with paid training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales and recruiting.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and cold calling.
• Strong work ethic and passion to grow in sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent within schools nationally to work in clients' schools across the United States.
• Prospect clients and understand their staffing needs.
• Build a book of business with education professionals.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts.
• Liaise between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment contracts.
